FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ARE THE PARENTS PHILOSOPHIES AND BELIEFS RESPECTED?

Absolutely! When you fill out your intake form prior to me creating a sleep assessment, I ask parents what type of parenting style they have and what they are/aren't comfortable with. My number one priority is to make sure parents feel valued and respected throughout the process.

DO YOU ONLY HELP PEOPLE IN CHRISTCHURCH?

I can help people all over the world. I can work with families through phone/email/skype if they don't live in Christchurch.

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT PACKAGE FOR ME IS?

After looking through the different packages, if you are still unsure about what package is right for you, simply flick me an email at soundasleep0@gmail.com and I am more than happy to help discuss your options.

DO I ONLY SUGGEST 'CRY IT OUT' METHODS?

Absolutely not. After finding out about the parents philosophies and learning a bit about the child, I then create a sleep assessment that best suits you. I don't thing that CIO methods are going to work for everyone, and thats completely okay.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT A RESPONSE?

I aim to respond within 24 hours.
